Dedicated to the finest automobile I have ever owned-- an unrestored original 1969 Cadillac Eldorado Fleetwood. I have also added images of two other classics I have owned (64 Riviera, & 69 Skylark). This Google Blog will be a depository of images that heretofore would never appear publicly. Sit back and revisit a world when automobiles were a pride of ownership and timeless works of art. When I first decided I wanted a Riviera I started looking for a 1965. I did find a Gran Sport at Kalama Washington. I didn't think the lady would wait for me to get financing-- but later she told me it was no problem. Missed out. I was not able to locate another '65 so found my '64. I also owned a parts car at one time but never really used much from it. My '64 had the 401, 4-barrel Carter Carburetor, highrise manifold, cornering lights, A/C, P.W., etc.

Picked up the 1969 Buick Skylark in 1985 at Corvallis Oregon. Although I bought it from the local Buick Cadillac dealer (Signer Motors) it had been traded in and was a one-owner car. The car had 39-thousand on it. The lady who had owned this Buick had lived in the Bay area and rode the trolley everywhere-- the car sat in a parking garage for years. The car was special ordered in Wisconsin and driven out west. No a/c--but did have power windows. Kept the car until 2001. (25 Kodachrome slide to digital)
