Cadillac Eldorado with view of Mt. Shasta on Interstate 5- California northbound- 1985. (Captured from 25 Kodachrome Slide)
Timeless design for Cadillac-- this car was flawless and a highlight of my young life from 1981-1987. (Captured from 25 Kodachrome Slide)
Mary's Peak Oregon with my Aunt Betty and her mother Irene. Found the firewall codes recently-- this Cadillac was paint code (42 N) Cameo Beige Poly. Great color-- more of a sand than the brassy gold Cadillac used in the day. Kodachrome 25 Slide to Digital
Southbound toward Sacramento California (Summer 1985). (Kodachrome 25 Slide to Digital)
Eldorado on Mary's Peak outside of Corvallis Oregon for an outing (mid-1985) with my Aunt Betty and Grandmother Irene. (Captured from Kodachrome 25 transparency-- slide to digital)
Shown in Pendleton Oregon in July of 1983. This timeless classic was just 14-years old-- I was 25. (Captured from 25 Kodachrome Slide)

Executive Plaza Corvallis Oregon 1969 Cadillac Eldorado and 1969 Buick Skylark (1986) Note the rear of the '69 Toronado to the right (belonged to my neighbor) and had about 40k on it (beautiful one owner car). Kodachrome 25 transparency to digital
From the rear the Cadillac looking stunning alongside my Skylark. Shown at the Executive Plaza at Corvallis Oregon (1986) Kodachrome 25 Slide to Digital

Near Corvallis was the popular day drive-- the road to Mary's Peak where everybody traveled to highland picnics. Shown is Karen Stark from Cape Cod with my Great Aunt Louise from Arizona in about 1983 (Kodachrome 25 transparency to digital)
Mary's Peak Willamette Valley-- Stopping to see waterfall (1983) Kodachrome 25 slide to digital
Aunt Betty with my Eldorado in about 1981-- before I had the cream roof replaced with the padded gold vinyl. I also later replaced the wheel covers with those from 1967-1968 Eldorado.
Cadillac Eldorado on the Columbia River Gorge overlooking Bigg's Junction Oregon in 1985 (with my Aunt Betty also step-mother) Kodachrome 25 transparency to digital
Although not the clearest transfer from Kodachrome 25 to Digital this does show a nice side profile to the Cadillac high above the Columbia River Gorge on the Washington side. (1985)
Corvallis Oregon (1985) '69 Eldorado at the height of its restoration with me. Clarity is due to the fact that I had a really nice 35mm camera/with lenses) and used Kodachrome 25 Slide film so I could blow up images if I desired. After 30-some years the color is still true.
In 1985 I was driving down to Sedona Arizona in my 1969 (low-mile) Buick Skylark. I burned up the engine near Ludlow California (thermostat not opening all the way). Soon after I drove down and towed it back with the Eldorado. I completely rebuilt the Skylark 350, the Eldorados were not really suited for towing (as to the frame) but the car did well on this long trip. The 472 was effortless of the Sierra grades and in the deserts of California (Kodachrome 25 Transparency to Digital)
Cadillac Eldorado ad from 1970-- 500 Cubic Inch Engine-- Largest of any production car of the day.
