Timeless design for Cadillac-- this car was flawless and a highlight of my young life from 1981-1987. (Captured from 25 Kodachrome Slide)
Mary's Peak Oregon with my Aunt Betty and her mother Irene. Found the firewall codes recently-- this Cadillac was paint code (42 N) Cameo Beige Poly. Great color-- more of a sand than the brassy gold Cadillac used in the day. Kodachrome 25 Slide to Digital

Cadillac Eldorado on the Columbia River Gorge overlooking Bigg's Junction Oregon in 1985 (with my Aunt Betty also step-mother) Kodachrome 25 transparency to digital
Although not the clearest transfer from Kodachrome 25 to Digital this does show a nice side profile to the Cadillac high above the Columbia River Gorge on the Washington side. (1985)
Corvallis Oregon (1985) '69 Eldorado at the height of its restoration with me. Clarity is due to the fact that I had a really nice 35mm camera/with lenses) and used Kodachrome 25 Slide film so I could blow up images if I desired. After 30-some years the color is still true.
In 1985 I was driving down to Sedona Arizona in my 1969 (low-mile) Buick Skylark. I burned up the engine near Ludlow California (thermostat not opening all the way). Soon after I drove down and towed it back with the Eldorado. I completely rebuilt the Skylark 350, the Eldorados were not really suited for towing (as to the frame) but the car did well on this long trip. The 472 was effortless of the Sierra grades and in the deserts of California (Kodachrome 25 Transparency to Digital)

When I first decided I wanted a Riviera I started looking for a 1965. I did find a Gran Sport at Kalama Washington. I didn't think the lady would wait for me to get financing-- but later she told me it was no problem. Missed out. I was not able to locate another '65 so found my '64. I also owned a parts car at one time but never really used much from it. My '64 had the 401, 4-barrel Carter Carburetor, highrise manifold, cornering lights, A/C, P.W., etc.
My 1964 Buick Riviera-- I completely restored this car including rebuilt engine. (Maryhill Mansion Columbia River Gorge about 1981) (Kodachrome 25 transparency to digital)

My Buick Riviera at Yakima Washington in about 1980. The Buick Special in the garage had been one of my cars as well-- but now belonged to my Aunt Betty (shown).
Spotted my dream GS at a car show at Forest Grove Oregon in about 1979. Shown is a 1965 Buick Riviera Gran Sport with 425 Engine and dual 4-barrel carburetors. The car was loaded with every option.
Taken at Dayton Washington in about 1980 (restored 1964 Buick Riviera 401) I wish I had better images of this car-- and that I wasn't rubbing my eye.
